Registered with the state to contract for residential work. Registration is not a skills test; check it before you sign.
Certification
EPA Lead-Safe Certified firm (RRP)
A certified renovation firm under the EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting rule. Our lead finisher and project manager hold renovator certification.
Warranty
What a written warranty says
We put our workmanship warranty in the contract. It states what is covered, for how long and what is not.
What it covers
Our own workmanship: cabinet fit, tile, grout, trim and paint.
What it doesn't
Wear, water or movement we pointed out beforehand, work by others, and appliances, which carry the maker's warranty.

Call or text the office. We come and look, and tell you in writing what we find.
