Kitchens
A kitchen is six decisions that touch each other. We settle them on paper so the room is built once.
Most of our kitchens keep the footprint and change everything in it: new cabinets, counters, sink, lighting and floor. When a wall has to move, we say so in the estimate and show which line it is.
What's included
Cabinets, counters, backsplash and sink
Appliance openings cut to the real models
Lighting at the ceiling, under cabinets and over the island
Flooring that runs under the cabinets
Walls opened or moved, where the plan calls for it

Cost
What changes the cost
No figure here, because the room sets it. These are the things that move it.
Moving the sink or range
Water, gas and venting follow the fixtures. A kitchen that keeps them where they are costs less.
Cabinet type
Stock, semi-custom and shop-built boxes differ in price and in arrival time.
Counters
Material, edge and the number of seams.
A wall that comes out
It may carry weight, or hide a pipe or a wire.

Questions about this work
How long is a kitchen without a sink?
We set up a temporary sink and a hot plate in another room, and we tell you which days water is off.
Can I keep my appliances?
Yes. Give us the model numbers and we cut the cabinets to them.
